Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Training, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Law, International Development or other relevant social sciences
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience. UNFPA counts internships at 100% if relevant and paid
  • Experience in supporting Learning, Human Resource Management and/or Operations and Administrative Management activities (i.e. Budget, Finance, Procurement, Oversight, Security, Asset Management and Information Technology and Communication Management)

  • Experience in change management projects or activities desirable

  • Experience in research, administration, and international development an asset

  • Prior experience in developing countries, particularly in the humanitarian context desirable

  • Excellent oral and written English, as well as fluency in another official UN language

  • Knowledge of Arabic and/or French an asset

  • Strong interest in a career in the United Nations

  • Swiss nationality

  • Not older than 32 years on the date of the first round of interviews
