Swiss JPO positions are one of the best opportunities for Swiss nationals who aspire to a career with the World Bank, IFCInternational Finance Corporation , another international financial institution (IFI) or with the United Nations, and can avail themselves of a Master's degree and at least 3 years' relevant professional experience. 

After 2 or 3 years of assignment, JPOsJunior Professional Officers are expected to remain in international financial institutions (e.g. shift to an international staff position at the GF level).
