The Global Leadership Fellows Programme is a unique three-year leadership development programme. The Programme is made up of four learning engines: academic curriculum (~20% of time); on-the-job learning; coaching; access to world leaders. The minimum entry requirements include a master’s degree, a minimum of six years of work experience and strong leadership potential. Candidates are generally between 30-40 years old.
