Programmes for young professionals

To promote the development of those starting out in their career, International Financial Institutions offer career development programmes for young, qualified professionals.

Young professionals programmes aim to recruit talented and motivated individuals to prepare them for further employment with the institution. They are an excellent entry-point for a career with an IFIInternational Financial Institution as they provide insight into several operational areas and contain training and guidance aspects for participants to grow within the institution.

The YPPYoung Professionals Programme is the main recruiting channel to hire the best talents worldwide.
