Bread for the World – Protestant Development Service is the development and relief agency of the Protestant Churches in Germany, working globally to empower the poor and marginalised to improve their living conditions. Its priorities include food security, the promotion of health and education, access to water, strengthening democracy, respecting human rights, civilian peacekeeping and the integrity of creation.
