How we work

We plan, develop and support projects that have a direct impact on improving the lives of specific groups of people. Start-up funding is intended to facilitate pioneering work that supports positive developments within society.

In our activities, we aim for a long-term impact that continues long after the projects have finished. The beneficiaries - and, where appropriate, the organisations supporting them - are offered help to help themselves.

... and why

Everyone has a responsibility for themselves, for others and for the environment. We are committed to empowering disadvantaged children, youth and young adults to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to their communities.

We believe that life and technical skills are key elements in personal development. These skills help children, adolescents and young adults to be independent and take responsibility for their own lives.
