Lykke has extensive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, early talent and young professionals programmes, HR management and service provision, as well as development programme management. She has held different roles in UNDP: Manager of the Junior Professional Officer Centre, Deputy Resident Representative in Uzbekistan, Aid Coordination Specialist, Country Programme Manager for Eastern Europe in Slovaka, and Programme Analyst in Kyrgyzstan. Lykke holds a Master of Science in Int. Business Management from the Copenhagen Business School. 

Since two years, Virginie is an Operations Associate in Volunteer Recruitment with UNV, managing the recruitment of international UN Volunteers for West and Central Africa. She’s passionate about promoting volunteerism and finding qualified talents to serve the needs of partnering UN entities. 
Virginie holds a Master’s in Business and Management and has experience in both public and private sectors, including roles in Marketing in Paris and as Head of the International Relations Office at Aix-Marseille's Faculties of Law and Economics. 

Passionate about fostering a more humane society and a healthier planet, Marcela joined UNV one year ago to strengthen the Volunteer Solutions Services by coordinating international recruitment processes. She is a Business Administrator and certified Coach with extensive experience in empowering leaders, teams, and organizations. Her goal is to identify the best candidates for the right assignments. Therefore, she develops potential candidates’ capacity of communicating their strength in their profiles and enjoys advising those, interested in UNV opportunities to contribute to peace and sustainability. 

François Lafon is a Specialist known for his profound expertise in talent sourcing, particularly within the Inter-American Development Bank. Leading a dynamic team, he orchestrates a comprehensive approach to identifying and attracting top-tier talent across the Latin American and Caribbean regions, aligning with the Bank's mission. Through innovative strategies and effective stakeholder relationships, he consistently achieves outstanding results tailored to the organization’s requirements.

Rudy Perecin Mareño is one of the top international recruiters and headhunters in Washington D.C. with 15+ years of experience filling roles for leading international organizations and programs including USAID, DFID, JICA, EC, UNDP, IDB, and the World Bank Group.  Rudy has a vast network of contacts in the investment banking industry, finance, infrastructure, energy, agriculture, health, climate change, and governance sectors. Moreover, Rudy has experience building teams and mobilizing personnel to 120+ countries. Rudy is originally from Brazil and fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and proficient in French. 

Alexandros Semeloglou is a native of Greece and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens, Greece. He subsequently obtained an MA in European Sociology and International Governance from the Free University of Berlin, Germany. Alexandros has over a decade of experience as a journalist in TV and media productions. In 2017, he transitioned to the field of communications within NGOs and humanitarian organisations. Since 2019, he has been working as an Employer Branding and Outreach Officer in the Talent Outreach team at UNICEF’s Division of Human Resources. He is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French and his native Greek.
