Swiss JPO positions are one of the best opportunities for Swiss nationals who aspire to a career with UNFPAUnited Nations Population Fund another UN organisation or an international financial institution (IFI), and can avail themselves of a Master's degree and at least 3 years' relevant professional experience. 

After 2 or 3 years of assignment, JPOsJunior Professional Officers are expected to remain in the UN system (e.g. get a P-3 level staff position).
