Natal is a Senior HR Advisor at cinfo. He is responsible for the cinfoPoste job portal (including the management of its talent pool), activities related to the UN Volunteers programme, part of the Swiss JPO programme, and HR marketing initiatives with priority multilateral organisations of the Swiss Confederation.

A development cooperation specialist with a professional background in the non-profit sector, particularly with the United Nations, Natal's broad expertise includes programme and HR management, partnership development, innovation, communication, vocational training management and learning processes facilitation. He is passionate about community development and the promotion of young talent.

Beat has coached individuals and groups in career development, career transitions, work-life balance and job applications for 15+ years. Originally trained as a forest engineer (ETH Zurich), he worked in the field for various development cooperation organisations, mainly with NGOs in Africa and South America.

Thanks to his knowledge of the sector and his extensive experience in talking to people from very different backgrounds, Beat has developed a thorough understanding of the links between personal expectations, individual circumstances and the reality of working in international cooperation. He is a certified coach (Trigon).

Since two years, Virginie is an Operations Associate in Volunteer Recruitment with UNV, managing the recruitment of international UN Volunteers for West and Central Africa. She’s passionate about promoting volunteerism and finding qualified talents to serve the needs of partnering UN entities. 
Virginie holds a Master’s in Business and Management and has experience in both public and private sectors, including roles in Marketing in Paris and as Head of the International Relations Office at Aix-Marseille's Faculties of Law and Economics. 

Passionate about fostering a more humane society and a healthier planet, Marcela joined UNV one year ago to strengthen the Volunteer Solutions Services by coordinating international recruitment processes. She is a Business Administrator and certified Coach with extensive experience in empowering leaders, teams, and organizations. Her goal is to identify the best candidates for the right assignments. Therefore, she develops potential candidates’ capacity of communicating their strength in their profiles and enjoys advising those, interested in UNV opportunities to contribute to peace and sustainability.
