Forum cinfo hybride 2022
Tous les deux ans, le monde professionnel de la coopération internationale suisse se réunit à l’occasion du Forum cinfo, organisé par cinfo sur mandat de la Direction du développement et de la coopération (DDC). Les crises actuelles et l’intensification de certaines tendances ont largement influencé les thématiques de cette édition.
Face aux transformations sociétales, le Forum cinfo se réinvente
Dérèglement climatique, déplacements humains, inégalités croissantes, accélération du progrès technologique et de la digitalisation: le monde professionnel de la coopération internationale est en première ligne pour observer et vivre ces profondes mutations sociétales. Celles-ci contraignent le secteur à se repenser, et les professionnel·le·s à se réinventer, afin de répondre aux besoins des populations affectées à travers le monde.
Ces questions étaient au programme du Forum cinfo 2022, le vendredi 11 novembre à Berne et en ligne.
Au centre du forum 2022 figuraient les questions suivantes: A quoi ressemblera la coopération internationale de demain? Que réservent les dix prochaines années? Quelles nouvelles compétences (expertise, aptitudes et attitudes) permettront d’anticiper et de mieux répondre aux besoins du monde?
Thématiques inédites, des IDGs à la localisation
Plus de 30 intervenant·e·s, professionnel·le·s à l’accent international et expert·e·s de la recherche, se sont succédé sur scène pour partager leurs expériences personnelles, leurs témoignages, les résultats de leurs études et leurs recommandations. Une nouvelle tendance est le concept des "Objectifs de développement intérieur" (IDGs). Il s'agit d'un ensemble d'attitudes et de réponses auxquelles l'application individuelle devrait contribuer à atteindre les Objectifs de développement durable (SDGs) d'ici 2030. Un autre exemple est l'impact de la "localisation" (le processus par lequel les organisations internationales transfèrent davantage de pouvoir décisionnel et de ressources aux acteurs locaux) sur le rôle que les professionnel·le·s du Nord global ont à jouer aujourd'hui.
A travers ces thématiques inédites, le Forum cinfo s'est adressé à un large public d’intéressé·e·s: personnes expérimentées dans la coopération internationale, celles qui visent une transition professionnelle vers le secteur, et jeunes talents qui façonneront la coopération de demain.
En outre, une cinquantaine d'employeurs et d'établissements de formation liés au secteur se sont présenté sur le salon des carrières.
Setting the scene
This session sets the tone for the conference programme. Learn about trends and challenges in international cooperation, such as localisation and the shift of power to the "Global South", digitalisation and - last but not least - the new skills needed to work in the sector.
It includes a rich exchange of perspectives between the head of the SDC, the CEO of one of Switzerland's largest foundations, and a young expert in digital rights.
