Community of Swiss nationals in the United Nations

For Swiss nationals working with UN organisations

Who are your Swiss colleagues at the UN and how can you connect with them? Join our community where you can learn about who is who, get in touch at any time, and support each other.

Switzerland and United Nations

The online community at a glance

  • You have access to the “Swiss UN personnel list” and can share your own contact details with the Swiss UN network.
  • You can become a member of the closed LinkedIn group “Swiss with Multilaterals” and make yourself known to the group, as well as to colleagues from the Swiss government working on multilateral affairs.
  • You can reach out to your peers through the “Swiss UN personnel list”, or through the LinkedIn group “Swiss with Multilaterals” and share/receive information.
  • You get regular updates from cinfo (email/group posts), which is complementary to the information you can receive as a member of the cinfoPoste Talent Pool.
  • You can find a colleague or a mentor to discuss work and career related issues.
  • You can make yourself available as a mentor or contact person.
Congratulations on this initiative! After over 15 years in the UN and having started as a JPO, I wholeheartedly welcome this platform and sincerely hope that other Swiss in the system will also register.
