GSUN is committed to strengthening relations between Switzerland and the UN. We also work in Switzerland to promote the networking of actors committed to multilateralism.

We are a dynamic platform that works to strengthen the partnership between Switzerland and the UN. This strengthening is to be achieved in particular by improving knowledge about the United Nations and Switzerland's activities within the UN and International Geneva framework. GSUN is active throughout the country and is open to all interested parties.

How we work

Inform: we communicate relevant information, engage in public debate and contribute to fact-based understanding.

Educate: we provide knowledge about the UN and explain the relationship between Switzerland and the UN through various educational programmes.

Discuss: we organise events that enable discussion with qualified and high-calibre experts on current UN topics.

Ideas and values: we convey opinions and attitudes to decision-makers and authorities with whom we are in regular dialogue.
