Booth set up
When do you need to arrive to setting up your booth?
You can set up your booth on Thursday from 1 - 6 pm or on Friday from 8 am. If you want earlier access on Friday, please get in touch with us!
Can I send promotional material by mail before the Forum?
Yes, you can send material by post to the following address:

Pinboards
The surface of the pinboard is textile-covered (colour dark grey). Only drawing nails and pins can be used, adhesive tape does not stick. Please bring the necessary small materials with you.
Insurance
Take care of your personal belongings. Organisations setting up their stand on Thursday should not leave any valuables (e.g. laptop, beamer) there. cinfo declines any liability.
Infrastructure
Do I have power supply at my booth?
Yes every booth has power supply. If you have any special requests please get in touch with us.
How is my booth equipped?
In your booking confirmation you can see what equipment you booked for your booth (e.g. chairs, pinboards, tables).
Is there Wifi at the stadium Wankdorf?
Yes the stadium Wankdorf promotes wifi connection for normal usage. Please do not plan to stream a UltraHD Movie - a lot of people would like to enjoy a fast connection 😅
Can I park my car at the Forum location?
There is paid parking in the Wankdorf Center car park. As an exhibiting organisation, you have the option of purchasing an exit ticket for CHF 10. Please contact our Help Desk for this. Entrance No. 71 (exhibition) is at the back of the multi-storey car park on the right.
Important: max. height for the car park entrance is 2.10m.
Is there lighting at my booth?
The rooms are bright and the stands are sufficiently lit. Organisations that want even more illumination will have to arrange for the necessary lighting fixtures, double plugs and extension cords themselves.
