Clarify initial situation

  • You conduct a first analysis and define the criteria for successful onboarding.

Conception and development

  • cinfo develops a concept for an onboarding programme
  • cinfo moderates the development process

You choose between two options:

  1. you outsource the concept development.
  2. you commission cinfo to moderate the development process.

Solution finding / application

  • Developing prototypes
