Planning and Monitoring of Projects
This course introduces results-oriented project planning and monitoring in the field of development cooperation. Participants work through the different steps of project planning, using the logical framework approach, and learn how to design and implement monitoring. Practical examples and experience illustrate the steps of the project management cycle ranging from inception to project steering and reporting. Exercises and examples from the field encourage student participation and peer learning. This course can either be taken individually or as part of a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Development and Cooperation.
