Coaching - Job and Top Sharing in International Cooperation

Irenka Krone-Germann is a certified coach and expert in job sharing, top sharing and slash careers. With more than 15 years of experience in these areas, she specialises in optimising part-time work and promoting flexible working models such as job sharing and top sharing. As director of the Part-time Optimisation Association (PTO) and co-founder of We Jobshare Sàrl, she is actively involved in facilitating knowledge transfer and synergy among job sharers. Irenka holds a PhD in economics and is the author of the book "Part-time Employment in Switzerland: Relevance, Impact and Challenges". She is also co-director of cinfo, the Swiss centre of competence for careers in international cooperation, and previously worked at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Bern, also in a job sharing position.

Adrian Marti is a senior consultant specialising in international cooperation and sustainable investment. He has over 25 years' experience in international management and has worked in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors. Adrian has a particular interest in promoting work-life balance and has coached professionals and managers on job sharing and top sharing arrangements. As Deputy Country Director in India for Swiss Development Cooperation, he successfully implemented job sharing. He also coached his partner to transform her position as Head of Division in the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs into a top sharing position. Adrian believes that job sharing and top sharing are even more important in the post-Covid era. He holds two Masters degrees and is a certified Trigon Coach.
