Our consultants create a tailor-made recruitment programme with you and are available as your HR-expert sparring partner throughout the recruitment process. The process consists of the following modules, some of which are optional.
"Executive search" at a glance
The in-depth briefing before the recruitment process is started ensures an efficient and successful search. We discuss the vacant position in detail with our client, to gain detailed knowledge about the organisational culture, main tasks, and requirements. The search strategy and the scope of the mandate are discussed and determined in cooperation with our client.
Our qualified, experienced team of consultants has a thorough understanding of the international cooperation labour market. Additionally, cinfo has access to its own talent pool, as well as a valuable network established after many years of activity in the field of international cooperation.
We advise and assist our clients in the process of drafting the job ad. The administrative processing of applications (publication on cinfoPoste job portal, confirmations, rejections) is provided timely and in a customer-oriented manner. Once the application period has started, all documents are reviewed, and selected candidates are included in the longlist with comments on the individual dossiers. We then discuss the longlist with our client.
Search and sourcing
If requested, we identify qualified candidates in our talent pool or via "LinkedIn Recruiter" and contact them. Should there be mutual interest, candidates will be included in the recruitment process.
Based on predetermined criteria, an initial phone call is organised with selected candidates on the longlist to discuss aspects such as motivation, experience, language skills, and salary expectations. Based on the outcome, a shortlist is prepared and discussed with the client.
We support our clients in developing an interview guideline, based on the predetermined selection criteria. Selected candidates are invited to an initial interview, which is organised and carried out by us. The interviews are then evaluated and discussed with our client.
If necessary, a candidate assessment is carried out. After the most suitable assessment tool has been chosen, the assessments are organised and carried out by experienced specialists in international cooperation, evaluated, and discussed with the candidate and the organisation. We work together with proven specialists from ILA Institut für Laufbahn und Arbeit to develop and conduct the assessments.
During the entire recruitment process our advisors closely support the organisation. We assist our clients in the selection of suitable candidates, as well in other tasks, such as obtaining references or further coordinative activities. The mandate ends with the successful signing of the employee contract or after completion of the agreed service.
Beyond the recruitment process: Executive coaching
Our services also include executive coaching, whereby our coaches support your organisation and the selected person in the onboarding process.
